Do you know which day is the worst for you waistline?
You may not have realized you had a burning desire to know the answer to this question. Believe it or not, studies have been done and the winner is: SATURDAY.
The study showed over consumption paired with lack of activity occurring on Saturdays can contribute to a 9 pound yearly gain, or 90 pounds a decade. Congratulations if you are including Saturday walking activities. Add awareness and moderation in eating, and you will be ahead of the game in maintaining or improving your body composition.

Walk and the Girl Friends and Victoria Half Marathons during the month of October.
