Wonders of Walking Walk Series

Hosted by REI-Clackamas

Walk into fitness and make new friends with the 3-week Wonders of Walking series. Each session begins with coffee/tea, energy bar and short presentations from experts, followed by a 30 to 45 minute local walk designed for all abilities. Join us, rain or shine!

We'll meet Saturdays from 8:30 - 10:00 AM at REI Clackamas

January 17th - Cold Weather Gear
January 24th - Nutrition
January 31st - Injury Prevention Exercises for Walkers

This series will lead up to the launch of the Clackamas WOW Club on February 7th.

Speed / Racewalk Early Bird Sessions

Come experience speed/race walking training. Classes are designed to provide fitness training in a professional, safe and fun environment.

Six week Walking Training Program

Who: Walkers interested in speed / racewalking fundamentals.
Where: Meet at Duniway Track at SW 6th Avenue & Sheridan Street
